The Lodge At Eagle Crest, Redmond

Our stay at the lodge was very underwhelming compared to what we had hoped for. The room was not in good condition and cleanliness was a major issue. Although the property itself is spacious and has some good recreational options, the lack of proper maintenance and attention to detail made our experience quite disappointing.

My stay at the lodge was mixed. While the pool area was enjoyable and perfect for families, I was frustrated with the outdated room and the lack of adequate service. The overall atmosphere felt run down and fell short of expectations set by the website.

The lodge offers a lot of family-friendly activities and has a beautiful outdoor environment which makes it appealing for guests looking for recreational opportunities. However, the rooms could use some updates and maintenance, as many felt tired and worn down, and the internet connectivity left much to be desired. While the staff was accommodating, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to the condition of the facilities.

I stayed at Eagle Crest Resort hoping for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting. While the grounds are impressive and there are plenty of activities for families, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the room. Despite some nice amenities like the splash park for kids, the lack of thorough cleaning and service left me feeling disappointed overall. The price was steep for what we received, especially given the state of our room.
